This website is dedicated to Silk-Scott and Silk motorcycles.

These very rare machines were made by George Silk and a small team in Derbyshire, England in the 1960's and 1970's. Less than 200 were made.

The aims of this site are:
To put past and current owners in touch with each other;
To collect and display information and pictures on these rare machines;
To become the definitive information source for Silk & Silk-Scott motorcycles; 
To help keep all surviving Silk & SIlk-Scott motorcycles in working order.

I'm no website expert and so will keep this site as simple as possible whilst I learn. I hope later to add features such as a FAQs, Links etc. Please be patient with me !

I'd also like to apologise for my lack of attention to the website over recent months. Work pressure plus the task of setting up a new business and moving the family halfway across the globe have all eaten into my time over the past year. However, my Chinese New Year resolution is to make sure I spend enough time to update these pages at least monthly.
